HU has arisen out of a man’s search for meaning and self.

  • The Inspiration
Through 4 decades of London life, a 20 year coaching career and a spiritual path that invoked Buddhist wisdom, the paths of Yoga and Zen, the absorbed experiences, teachings and understandings have been refined and weaved together to create the HU breath – movement practices.

In Oct 2013, London was left behind to absorb within Yoga, the meeting with Mata Amritanandamayi shortly after began an 8 year odyssey and life was never to be the same again. After 2 years of living in her ashram in Kerala, India and extended stays in Yoga communities in Sweden and Mexico, a desire and vision began to arise to create and develop a new style of practice and delivery to suit the contemporary human whilst embodying the essence of traditional Yoga.

A life aimed towards finding balance, bridging the material and spiritual experience culminated in reaching the end of the search to answer the central question..
