In Oct 2013, London was left behind to absorb within Yoga, the meeting with Mata Amritanandamayi shortly after began an 8 year odyssey and life was never to be the same again. After 2 years of living in her ashram in Kerala, India and extended stays in Yoga communities in Sweden and Mexico, a desire and vision began to arise to create and develop a new style of practice and delivery to suit the contemporary human whilst embodying the essence of traditional Yoga.
