Roll out the mat, a few rounds of breath and in you go. A new way to practice, to learn and to connect. Formed to mould around you whilst re-shaping who you are, lose yourself within the fluidity of the movement and find that which lies beneath.
Turning down the Visual
Moving attention away from the eyes, softening and turning up kinaesthetic and auditory learning we move directly within the inner nature of the method. With a focus on breath and movement, the auditory cueing encourages moment to moment attention and a stillness of gaze.
A Personal Experience
Places are limited to 50 people through the entire program. This is a space to connect, with yourself and each other. HU is here to build a relationship with you and support towards developing connection beyond a physical space. Lets come together and create change.

Foundations
A 5 hour course introducing the HU Sun Sal Light, the regular Sun Sal, lunge variations and breath – movement principles. Learn the basic sequencing for Ascend.

Ground and Flow
A 10 hour course teaching more detailed alignment of the full standing sequence for Elevate, workshops for downward dog and more developed transitions.

Ascend 45 Mins
Entry level HU flow, move with the HU Sun Sal light, lunge variations and core stabilisation work.

Ascend + 75 Mins
An expansion on Ascend. A longer standing sequence along with balancing.

Elevate 75 Mins
Move through a classic Sun Sal in the HU style with more developed sequencing at a faster pace than Ascend.

Elevate + 75 Mins
As Elevate with a slimmer standing sequence and a deeper backbending section.

Integrate 45 Mins
A time to sit and pay attention to what is and create space for inner balancing. Including basic mindful movement and breath work.

The hip opening and floor based sequence to calm and restore. Active and passive holds.
